The rule of law exists only as long as the people and their leaders respect and enforce the law.

When a president chooses not to comply with his/her oath of office and respect the laws of the nation, Congress has the responsibility to impeach and remove the offender.

Congress has chosen not to do its duty. Therefore there is no check on the behavior of the president. By failing to do its duty, Congress is fully complicit in the actions of the president.

Meanwhile, Mitch McConnell and his fellow travelers in the Senate have taken the unusual action of forwarding a bill that has not yet been written.

Remember the promise. If you voters will just vote in a Republican House and Senate we will stop Obama in his tracks.

No politician is going to save this country. Not Paul Ryan, not Mitch McConnell, not Jeb Bush, not Donald Trump. The system is rotten to the core.

I agree. McConnell and Ryan have failed miserably this year. On the other hand, you may notice that even talk radio hasn’t known how to tackle this matter.

That’s because of the consultants and lobbyists.

Post 3 links to their slick lobbying efforts which include consultant firms run by two former secretaries of state: Condi Rice and Madam Albright.

I’m very disappointed in Condi and assume she’s not ‘in the loop’.
