Go to a site like the following where you can turn a YouTube video into a .GIF animation. However, to make them longer than 10 seconds, you'd have to register with the site. ie, create a (free) account. They just ask for your e-mail address. You will receive an account confirmation reply e-mail from them within seconds. Long animations like this one (50 secs) take awhile to process. I'm currently working on this one. Still processing after about 5 minutes.
