Every time I see this posted I can’t stop laughing. No one seems to ever suggest this has any intentional meaning. It is very likely a orphan keyboard entry when someone was editing the page code or maybe it is a character used in some kind of SEO tracking.
Something strange is going on with Drudge. He supposedly had a headline about Hillary’s server guy earlier, but then it was completely gone. He never did cover the pay to play. You have to wonder why.
