Why don't they have Guns-N-Roses, I just saw them a month or so ago, Slash, Duff, Axl together again it was freaking magic. Hell, the NFL uses GnR music all the time. It would actually be a kick ass show, not the BS theatrics of todays music. Football is supposed to be a kick ass game, why not have kick ass music.

Because the NFL has become the biggest US pro sport by appealing to a huge number of casual fans. The general population has been conditioned to accept music like this audible dog squeeze with absolutely no edge. That’s why it’s popular music, most like it. Pretty darn grim when you think about it.
