Hey V K.

Some beautiful pictures there, but I suspect the toasting marshmallow one, the "low clouds over a volcano", though it looks real at first glance is probably a photoshop. Here's my thinking:

So what do you think? I may be completely wrong. Regardless, it was a brain teaser I enjoyed thinking about.

Must agree w/you about the toasted marshmallows. It certainly does remind of mom’s sweet potato casserole every Thanksgiving with the whole large marshmallows atop and browned under the broiler just before serving. Not my favorite sweet potato casserole....LOL prefer a praline topping on sweet potato souffle.

Never having seen above the clouds while flying over a volcano, I must admit it did look unusual. But, knowing how shadows can fall on clouds in such dramatic fashion, just because it was never been seen personally doesn’t meat it can’t be seen. In Texas, we have spectacular cumulonimbus clouds. Sometimes they appear to be fluffy white globs of whipped cream stacked on egg whites right up to Heaven’s Gate

Then there are the times we’ll see several at sunset and the rays shining between the clouds is as if you are peaking into a flaming fireplace.

Watching clouds form and pass overhead is a favorite past time.
