I think Trump has a better chance of carrying Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado, New Mexico, Connecticut, Rhode Island or New Jersey than New Hampshire.
Would love to see Washington State or Oregon surprise us, too.

I recently met on business with a professional man from South Florida. He commented that, driving here from Manchester Airport, he saw so many Trump signs.

“Yes”, I said, “This is Trump country”.

“Can I tell you something?” he said, in a low voice so no one could hear. “I like him”.

“How are things in South Florida?”, I asked.

“Everyone I know is voting for him - all Democrats - but they’re all voting for Trump”.

Since we have lots of shared anecdotes in this thread, I’ll toss one in.

I have occasion to visit a place where I encounter some dyed-in-the-wool Massachusetts moonbat democrats. Some are politically connected, others are the frumpy type who bring hemp knitting to town meetings where climate change is of grave concern.

The other day I happened to overhear some of them talking about Hillary. They were discussing the particulars of her email server and how what she did was not permissible. The tones were a mix of shock and disapproval. They did not defend her and were questioning her story (or stories).

These are people who would vote for Manson (Charles or Marilyn) if they were a democrat. They will still vote for Hillary. But if they are disappointed with her, imagine what the moderate democrats are thinking of Hillary.

There may be some pleasant surprises come election night.

Here is lefty-land CT I have yet to see a Hillary sign or bumper sticker.

There are still plenty of the old Obama stickers on cars everywhere.

While all the local media is in the tank for Hillary everyone else is keeping very quiet...

I’d like to see him get VA and even PA to put it AWAY.

I believe the biggest surprise in a small package will be Hawaii going purple at the very least.

This a more realistic assessment with tossups and Trump is still at 270+

Nate Silver’s 538 doesn’t give Clinton much of a chance to peel off Nebraska’s 2nd District (Trump has 69% chance to win it, and more for the other Nebraska districts).

Not going to be that close folks...

But yes, Trump can win without PA... but he’s going to take it...

He’s also going to get WI & MI as well.. He’s on track to take 3 not 1 out of ME.

And I expect a few more NE states to fall as well, and may even get a few bigger NE states, NJ being the most likely....

Trump has had the momentum in this race since last year... he stalled himself with teh Kahn nonsense, but other than that few weeks, he’s had this since day one.

Hillary has no organic or natural support, no enthusiasm, and won’t get 1 vote over low 40s... She has on her best day the folks who would pull the lever for D no matter what, that’s it.
