Supposedly the dumbest 10% of voters, the ones that vote one way and then another and can’t usually give a reason that follows any sort of logical explanation, are the ones that decide elections. Supposedly all campaign money is meant to sway the swing voters, at least after the primary process. The ones that actually can be swayed.

That’s something else I find amazing. That the dumbest 10% of eligible voters who somehow manage to vote decide elections, whether or not a pub or dem wins. It could be a good result, or a bad one, but in any case the idiots decide if that is legit about the swing voters.

One of the most wrong and misleading ideas of our time is the belief that everyone else out there is stupid.

I don’t know how many times I’ve heard the saying, in one form or another, that there are just so many stupid people in the world.

Most people making this statement either don’t interact with regular people or refuse, through their elitist perspective, to pay attention to the common wisdom of regular people.

The “everyone else is stupid” line propagates one of the founding strategies of progressivism.

And it is, in itself, stupid.
