No, you're not. Most "old women" I know (including myself) strive to take much better care of the way we present ourselves, our health, and staying in shape. There's no defense for "old women" (or men for that matter) not to do so.
I know other women my own age who have health issues and don’t dress stylishly or get their hair done, but enjoy life and family as best they can.
