She looked extremely frail and skinny in the photos and video from the “Gay Pride” parade in NY in mid June. IMHO her weight goes up and down because of pharmaceuticals and health “episodes” that require heavy doses of this/n/that.

Another point is that the sunlight is coming from her right. It would be interesting to see her with the sun behind, above or directly in front of her. Light from the side can make faces look different than they would with the light evenly shining.
