Per a Fox 8 report, a 17-year-old South Carolina boy is facing assault charges after school bus video shows him using another student’s hand to slap a five-year-old girl last week.
According to police, Tavon Walters was riding the bus from school to an after-school program when the incident occurred. He can be seen in the video grabbing a student’s hand and using it to hit Jazmyn Peters in the face.

I’m not normally a big fan of lawyers, but I sure hope the parents of this little girl sue the school district. Because that’s the only way to change things these days.

NO I just found out about it, and posted it for Free Republic Homeschoolers!! This is another reason to homeschool your kids!
According to police, he's on probation and has a history of getting into trouble at school. "We are talking about a kid who is 17 years old much larger than this five year old child history of violence and he is put on the bus with her in close proximity,"
Read several reports before posting. Why was this kid even in public school? He should have been in reform school.
He should be in an actual prison.
People have been executed for less, and rightly so.
That we tolerate this savagery and violence against our weakest members speaks poorly of our society and culture.
At 17 y/o, why is this kid riding the bus?? He shuld be driving his own car!
