I wonder if any of the female techies will write a piece comparing Microsquish’s unrefuseable update policies to date rape/forced sex? PLus every half hour the rapist goes through your personal info and sends it back to someone else.

I doubt it. It's not a bad analogy, IMO, but it wouldn't make it past the editors who for reasons of political correctness would block it on the basis that it "trivializes" actual physical rape.
Not that identity theft and privacy violation are any less unpleasant, or any less potentially life-destroying, experiences than rape. (Which is why the analogy works.)
But women are a protected class. Computer users are not. And I won't even think about suggesting that computer users ought to be.
