In general, I trust Windows to not delete critical stuff when it does a "clean-up" using its own clean-up tools. The only thing I make sure to keep around are the System Restore Points, typically saving the most recent two (the most recent one is usually the important one; the next most recent is just a fallback).

Years ago I would try to make my own decisions about what to keep and what to delete, and it drove me crazy trying to second-guess Microsoft's engineers. So these days I trust them to not pull the rug out from under their own feet.

And still I cross my fingers and offer up a prayer anyway.

So then it’s okay to delete the rest of the stuff with the exception of the restore points? Sorry, I am not well versed on what to keep.
