Ears are very distinctive from one person to the next, and they’re the same here. It’s her. Dehydration can cause skin and underlying tissue to slacken, maybe that’s why the nose looks a little different from normal.
That said, I’ve thought for years that Obama has a body double, so it’s not as if I’m just rejecting the possibility as nonsense.

Nah. The voice is the problem. That was most certainly Hillary's voice.
I vote they shot her up with B12 and maybe even a mild stimulant. She'll likely pay for it healthwise, but anything to dig the campaign back out.
