Well, nobody can kneel while everyone else stands, but nobody can place their right hand over their heart, either. So, its still look at us grandstanding to a degree, when the attention should be upon the national anthem and showing respect for it.
It would seem to me that with arms locked at the elbow once could still put the left hand over one’s heart.

People aren't
supposed to put their hand over their heart when hearing the anthem. Standing respectfully at attention is perfectly adequate.
Personally, I'm very relieved, and I hope that the Dolphin players follow suit, and that there is NO disrespect from them either.
