People aren't supposed to put their hand over their heart when hearing the anthem. Standing respectfully at attention is perfectly adequate.

Personally, I'm very relieved, and I hope that the Dolphin players follow suit, and that there is NO disrespect from them either.

Unenforceable, as there are no penalties associated, but, it is federal law.
