There is no place quite like the top of a mountain, particularly if it’s snowing and quiet. Always makes me feel like a bird and so close to God.
Suggest you take lessons from a pro first though and stick to the greens until you have several successful runs from the top to the bottom before you even think about going on the blues.

Lots of govt. programs that come in on time and on budget, but am aware of only three major programs ahead of schedule & under budget:
* Defense Dept. Polaris ballistic missile / SSBN submarine (nuclear powered sub was designed around the missile; strategic project office established, with maximum autonomy, responsibility, & *accountability*)
* State of California freeway, bridge/overpass, and building repair after the Northridge earthquake (red tape & bidding/union rules slashed, attractive incentives & punishing penalties implemented)
* Historic Old Post Office Bldg. renovation (Trump organization, with Ivanka in the lead, creating world class hotel & conference center in D.C. adjacent to the WH)

So I posted it.
I think the talk before the New York Conservatives may have gotten lost in the shuffle, because the Presidential Forum was later that evening. But it really was one of the most relaxed and measured talks he’s given during the campaign, and a lot of his naturally engaging personality came out.
