Drugs. Blame the drugs. Without them, those people would be upstanding citizens, and the kid would be in good hands. The government should pass laws to make drugs illegal; at worst, get the drug users to register their drugs. Those 2 people aren’t responsible for their actions; drugs are the problem. We need stiff drug regulations.
