So the sister cares more about a picture then her brother or sister overdosing? Yikes what a world we live in.

Ya gotta be careful about what you post on social media. Yes, this cop did a great thing. But keep in mind that this child lost a parent and another is hospitalized due to drug overdoses. Not something the family would want plastered on social media, I would imagine. Were they exploiting the kid? No. But they did inadvertently air the family’s dirty laundry.
The Professionally Offended are up in arms so they don’t have to talk about the parents.
We may need to go back to the days of ‘separate but equal’
- only this time let the other side think it is their idea.
No matter what is done, leftists will find something to complain about. Give them money; it is never enough. Give them special privileges, never enough.
We would do much better as a society to ignore such whining. But those who profit from the destruction of Western Civilization, and delight in discord infest the media, pop culture, and the education system.

It is a sad situation. And our current welfare and child protection policies are doing a lot to make it worse and perpetuate it.
She keeps using the word exploited but I don’t think it means what she thinks it means.
And where was the aunt? Why wasn’t she holding the child? Would she have been so upset if it had been an officer of another race? Are Certs a breath mint or a candy?
I am thinking the sister has identified a potential jackpot coming her way, when she sues for the exploitation of the baby. Cares only about the possible payment she will get by suing.
$$$$$ she sees dollar signs and is waiting for attorney to step forward to take her case.
I saw that post on FB. It was a loving husband incredibly proud of his wife.
Didn’t the parents criminally neglect the child by their drug use? Is it wrong, in today’s world, to report on crimes? Crimes are not just “dirty laundry”, IMHO.
Were the parents / family identified in the pic or description?
Fam might be upset / embarrassed that “some family members first learned about the baby’s parents overdosing by seeing the picture on social media.”
No, but a police officer should know better than to post something related to an ongoing case.
As I said ... the child was NOT exploited, as claimed by the aunt. I’m not saying that.
Just looking for a payout from someone, doesn't matter who.
So why wasn’t this aunt racing to take care of this baby?
