Seriously, though, here’s my theory, based on zero evidence, just speculation.
Maybe he secretly testified against the Hands Up-Don’t Shoot narrative to the Grand Jury, and his subsequent BLM “activism” was just play acting on his part, in order to cover his own butt.
Maybe some witnesses names and testimony have been leaked, and maybe his name was among them.
Michael Brown’s family & lawyers are now demanding access to secret Grand Jury testimony to help in their civil case, and, in defiance of all precedent and common sense, said access is actually being considered.
Lawyers for the defense (Darrin Wilson, the city, et al) argue that release of any such info would lead to exactly this result: dead witnesses.
