Where did you read that? Another one of your Anti-Apple sources? He's wrong.

YES! I read it from the most anti-Apple source ever:

Apple Itself. They claim 401 PPI for the 7 plus.

Now, are you going to admit you're totally wrong here? Reflect on that - maybe, just maybe, your worship of a company has led you astray more than once. Like here.

Or do you NOW claim that Apple itself is wrong, and got the information incorrect, and that you are correct?

Sorry - you lose. SO, back to the question:

Do you only need 326 PPI, and Apple is being wasteful (as you've called Android vendors) for using higher densty OR was Apple wrong and you need more than 326 PPI? Both can't be correct...

OK, you are right. . . But it is not a change in PPI on the iPhone 7 plus. The iPhone 6 Plus, and the iPhone 6S plus have been 401 PPI since they were introduced, because that is the way the numbers at that size and screen work out to be. It is the 1080 resolution available at 5.5" diagonal. So what? It is still the same Retina display that has been beating the pants off all the Android phones out there that are claiming huge numbers of PPIs.
