His son Nick, is an Army Ranger and is currently deployed. Supposedly, there will be a Ranger on Team USA's bench during a game Friday.

Good. They are on the clock and should be held to a standard for their employment office and entertain the people paid for their services

Not exactly. This is the U.S. national team that is getting ready to compete in the World Cup of Hockey later this month. Nobody is getting paid to play on this team.
I agree 100% with this coach. If you play on a national team, you don't act like an @sshole on the bench.

The NY Post writer who covers the NY Rangers is a big liberal. Tortorella belittled him once in a comical rant.

I’m a Ranger hockey fan. His press conferences after the games were legendary. Let’s just say he didn’t suffer fools lightly. God bless him.

Tortorella tries to belittle everyone. He’s got an ego complex that his cred cant back up. Aside from hardcore Ranger fans, he’s not well respected in the trI state area.

You should tell that to that butch dyke Rapinoe who pulled this s***. She plays on the US national soccer team.

This is HOCKEY we’re talking about.
Few thugs, no felons that I am aware of, no muslim converts. BLM probably hates hockey because its mostly all white.

Well, those players are working hard and eating quite a bit and eventually they will have to go into the restroom and make a Kaepernick.

I am a hardcore Devils fan, and I actually think the guy is an excellent coach — for the right team. It’s hard for a guy like this to be successful today in a pro league where even marginal players get huge contracts, but he probably comes closer to the legendary Herb Brooks than anyone who has coached since the 1980s.

He is not as tough as I am. CK would be off of the team already and ANY player pulling that humbug would be off of the team, no ifs, ands or buts, period.
To: DesertRhino
Not a legal tort. “Torts” is a short version of the coach’s name.
To: ConservativeStatement
That was one of several infamous "John Tortorella vs. Larry Brooks" episodes:
Incident 1
Incident 2
Interestingly, Larry Brooks probably helped save Tortorella's job on the Rangers a few years back. After the Rangers missed the playoffs in dismal finish to the season, Brooks wrote a pointed article outlining all of the reasons why Tortorella had done a superb job under some very disappointing circumstances.

Why the aggression? I’m not sure what you’re asking me, but your tone is a bit over the top.
