It’s like the game shows on TV where the contestants tell the tragedy of someone dying, someone gay, someone suffering from debilitating illness.

I don't think she's pretty, and I don't think she's a real lesbian, because she's unattractive in a way that is un-lesbian. Suspect she's just a plain girl who wanted to be in a beauty pageant and needed a “hook”.
