Half of John Higdon's broken home is barely standing while the other half is a crumbled mess.
Police say Higdon had been arguing with his neighbor for the past few days.
His brother said it all started when Higdon believed a group of men tried to break into his home, so he fired some shots into the woods - in the same direction as his neighbor's home.
"This man over here decides to come 2 o'clock in the morning, comes over at 2 o'clock in the morning with a dozer, a tractor, and starts pushing the house down," Sammy Higdon said.
John Higdon was arrested for firing those shots and charged with reckless endangerment.
Police also arrested his neighbor, Edgar McLellon, who is charged with aggravated criminal trespassing and felony vandalism.
