apparently, the Secret Service has a medical component, and Black Bart is a trained combat medic qho is assigned to Hillary’s Secret Service detail.
Makes a lot of sense to me.
You saw how he took charge on that stage and physically pushed the other Secret Service agents away from Hillary.
Nobody makes body contact like that with an agent unless they are one.
