Makes a lot of sense to me.
You saw how he took charge on that stage and physically pushed the other Secret Service agents away from Hillary.
Nobody makes body contact like that with an agent unless they are one.
So why doesn’t Trump have a SS medic hovering over and around him with meds? Lol
Take the SS agent component away. He’s a medic or Dr that happens to be SS possibly. Either way , his role is to tend to her deteriorating health.

He is much more than a trained combat medic. There is a psychology component. In that first freeze video when Doctor Diazepam jumped on the stage and shooed all the SS agents away the stage talk went like this:
