More of the privileged like that kid in Texas that kill four people while driving drunk?

The original sentence was disgusting. To release a man who rapes unconscious girls early - because he didn’t rape anyone for three whole months while in an all male prison - is almost as bad.

I disagree with this. If we are a country of Laws, then we are not a country of mob rule. This past decade, ‘activists’ have camped out and frankly threatened/ terrorized people whom they decided ‘deserved it’ or ‘hadn’t sufficiently paid penance’ or had otherwise violated their particular peculiar codes of ethics. It goes with mob rule, brownshirts, mob rule, hooligans, and everything NOT of the Rule of Law.

To me it is baying hounds and I find it very unsettling that it has become acceptable.

I wish these people would get as equally upset about cases like the little girl raped in Idaho by migrants.

I don't understand.

If the girl can't give consent because she's drunk, then,
why isn't being drunk a defense for the boy?

Shouldn’t they be protesting the Court that handed down the Sentence?

He served the time required by the Court, like it or not.

Bill Clinton raped 100’s of women and was never charged or arrested.

The original sentence seemed too lenient for me too, but that was his sentence from the Judge, and he served sufficient time to get released. People need to be very careful putting someone on a putting someone on trial a second time, in this instance trial by majority consensus.

Where does it stop?
Are we going to start vigilante groups or Punishment Crusades where members are not satisfied until the accused is dead, or their family is brought to economic ruin? That sort of power is a two edged sword, that can cut both ways over time.

This kid is a scum who got off easy.

That established he is also the left’s poster boy for white privilege etc... And the hard left BLM/Occupy types have been in their lynch mob feeding frenzy mode to use him as some sort of surrogate for conservatives and Trump.

They also were including the judge, who was white, so a-ha, he’s a bad guy, even though the judge is an ultra liberal.

Whole thing is weird and part of the leftist propaganda media machine.

It’s as if there are no other rapists in the country, only this guy.

It’s what happened when Larry Singleton, who cut the hands off that teenage girl, got out of San Quentin. Armed people surrounded the house of the minster who took him in. He ended up back in a house on the grounds of San Quentin.

In fact, some people are so unhappy that they're camping outside of Brock Turner's house in Dayton, Ohio, armed to the teeth.

Not that I have anything favorable to say about the rapist or his sentence, but who are these people who have nothing better to do over Labor Day weekend than to camp outside the house of a rapist? Who pays these peoples' bills?

The judge has a history of letting perverts off with wrist-slap sentences. The protestors, to my knowledge, have not directly threatened to kill him or the judge or anyone else. The protestors are rightfully upset about the CONVICTED RAPIST openly living in their neighborhood and are exercising their Constitutionally guaranteed right. And finally the CONVICTED RAPIST has received a sentence less than any punk can get for swiping an Ipod from the local Wal-Mart which is not even close to justice.

What exactly am I supposed to be upset about here?
