There are times when it is GOOD to change employers. Did that a few times myself and it worked out quite well for my career.
Did the same twice too. First job has the biggest turd going and even though the boss offered me a better position and to stay on, I told him that I could never work along side someone like that , and he agreed about the guy , but could not fire him.
The second time had a homosexual woman who had a massive chip on her shoulders and always talked about her sex life.
