Anaheim is about my limit.

I don’t even have jalepenos, anymore.

"Louisiana" hot sauce isn't hot enough for me. I mix 12oz of it half and half with vinegar, 3 heaping teaspoons cayenne and 1 teaspoon salt.

If you can find it in a local store, "Mrs Renfro's Ghost Pepper Salsa" is a staple in my house, go through a jar a month.

Louisiana and Tabasco are like ketchup in comparison.

I use a quart of Texas Pete, pour out about 1/4 cup and replace it with dried, crushed Thai pepper. The dried peppers are lightly roasted or toasted to bring out the flavor. Homemade chunky hot sauce.

Ancho peppers would work.
