While I’ve no idea *who* might have conspired to kill JFK, I have a very reasonable theory as to *why* some might think that JFK *had* to die.

JFK, among other things, is remembered today as the most important celebrity to have had Addison’s disease. A disease of the adrenal gland. And he had a bad case of it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Addison%27s_disease

A major symptom of Addison’s disease is called “Hyperpigmentation” of the skin, especially in the facial area. It is very distinct, and even today it can be seen in both stills and video images of JFK. A physician familiar with Addison’s can spot it from a long way away.

For many years, the Kennedy fortune allowed him to have caches of the only effective, but very expensive treatment for Addison’s, cortisone taken from cadavers, in bank deposit boxes with other medicines around the US.

But then, in the early 1950’s, a drug company came up with a means to make inexpensive cortisone, and overnight this “wonder drug” became extremely popular. But there was a problem.

It was *mistakenly* believed by the medical community of the time, that large doses of cortisone could make a person dangerously paranoid, even psychotic. This is not true, but physicians were warned to not over-prescribe this new wonder drug.

To make matters worse, the very popular actor James Mason, who was at the peak of his craft, appeared in a horror movie of sorts, called “Bigger Than Life” (1956).

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0049010/reference

In it, a man (Mason) with a life threatening condition is given cortisone pills as medicine. But he takes ever increasing doses of the cortisone and becomes murderously paranoid and stark raving mad.

Mason, for his part, “chewed the scenery” in a Jekyll & Hyde performance described as “riveting” and “terrifying”.

This cemented in the mind of the public that cortisone was dangerous stuff.

Well, just seven years later, the US had already had its Cuban Missile Crisis, and nuclear war fear was peaking.

And the president has a disease, the treatment of which may turn him into a dangerously paranoid violent lunatic. One that has a red button to push to start WWIII.

So, what is it going to be? The president’s life or nuclear war?`

“well i had no way to change the title it is what it is and Im not a conspiracy “kook” either.”

The kook I was referring to is whomever posted the youtube video, not you. Unless that’s your youtube handiwork...

“If you did listen to what the man had to say.... HE SAID the word “conspiracy””

Of course I heard it, and having been alive and sentient in 1961 I’m well aware that the conspiracy that Kennedy was referring to was that of our international Communist pals headquartered in the Soviet Union. The Soviet’s global ambitions were commonly referred to as a conspiracy at the time. A good portion of his speech is asking these publishers to use some judgement in what they print because “our foes” boasted of getting information they would otherwise have only obtained through espionage.

This was not long after the HCUA and McCarthy hearings, with JFK a personal friend of old Tailgunner Joe. This was shortly after Castro had seized power in Cuba, when Korea was still expected to erupt in war again, when Laos and Vietnam were heating up, and the Soviets were trying brushfire wars around the globe. This was the conspiracy that was on American minds at the time, including that of Jack Kennedy.

Executive Order 11110 was issued by U.S. President John F. Kennedy on June 4, 1963.

This executive order amended Executive Order 10289 (dated September 17, 1951)[1] by delegating to the Secretary of the Treasury the president’s authority to issue silver certificates under the Thomas Amendment of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended by the Gold Reserve Act. The order allowed the Secretary to issue silver certificates, if any were needed, during the transition period under President Kennedy’s plan to eliminate Silver Certificates and use Federal Reserve Notes.>> FRNs took over after this

last real money ever issued in the united states of america or any of the states. repealed 1934 FDR crap.

The USSR did incalculable damage to the nations and peoples of the world in the tears leading up its collapse. Maybe we should have had it out with the them in 1962 or 1963 when the bombs were smaller in yield and delivery methods much less precise.

It would have been bad (most large cities on the East coast would have been struck) but we would have recovered and the world might be a better place today.

Remember, JFK was full of lofty sounding but insincere rhetoric. His goal was to come across like some kind of poet or visionary when he was just another cog in the Democrat Party machine.

He also said a few things which were just plain stupid, but the slobbering sycophants in the Democrat infested media tried to pass off as “inspiring”. Classic example is “we do these things not because they are easy but because they are hard”. Needless to say, that has to be the world’s worst reason for doing anything, let alone squandering taxpayer dollars on it.

As for why Castro had him killed, it was retaliation for JFK’s attempts on him. It’s not complicated and those who try to complicate it either are fans of Castro or just bored.

From a historical perspective I think Operation Unthinkable would’ve been better...as would have turning MacArthur loose.

He and his brother were killed because the double crossed the Boss of Bosses Sam Giancana. Joe Kennedy Sr. had made a deal with the mob, fix the election for my kid and when he’s President he’ll take the heat off and he’ll get Cuba back for the mob. First he appointed his brother RFK to be AG and he promptly began a war against the mob, and of course we know he never delivered on the promise to get Cuba back either. Never double cross the mob, they will always get you in the end, as JFK and RFK both found out.

You need to stop thinking. Many people don’t want to tax their brains very much these days.

You asking open ended questions just makes the masses uneasy.

//light sarcasm.

The left wants people to believe that JFK wasn’t killed by a communist supporter.

Kennedy titled his speech “The President and the Press”. He explains the purpose of his speech in his opening remarks which aren’t included in the youtube video. It’s an appeal to the publishers to consider whether or not they are endangering national security when they are deciding to publish a story that might harm it. He’s appealing to their patriotism. Quaint that an American President once assumed that the press had any.

‘My topic tonight is a more sober one of concern to publishers as well as editors.

‘I want to talk about our common responsibilities in the face of a common danger. The events of recent weeks may have helped to illuminate that challenge for some; but the dimensions of its threat have loomed large on the horizon for many years. Whatever our hopes may be for the future—for reducing this threat or living with it—there is no escaping either the gravity or the totality of its challenge to our survival and to our security—a challenge that confronts us in unaccustomed ways in every sphere of human activity.

‘This deadly challenge imposes upon our society two requirements of direct concern both to the press and to the President—two requirements that may seem almost contradictory in tone, but which must be reconciled and fulfilled if we are to meet this national peril. I refer, first, to the need for a far greater public information; and, second, to the need for far greater official secrecy.

Some things don't change. Substitute Obama or Hillary for JFK and that statement holds true today.

Kennedy was killed by an evil LEFT WING fanatic. Please stop helping the left by promoting the crazy conspiracy theories they have cleverly developed and promoted to try and hide this blatant truth from the American people.

“Maybe we should have had it out with the them in 1962 or 1963 when the bombs were smaller in yield and delivery methods much less precise.”

SHOULD have had it out with the Soviets in 1946-47! Only the treachery and treason of those Soviet infiltrators/agents at the highest levels of government prevented this.

FDR was solidly pro-Soviet since 1933, when his Admin. recognized the USSR.

There is a reason that strong anti-Communists like Patton, Joe McCarthy and James Forrestal all died under mysterious circumstances.

You are correct.

JFK would not be tolerated in the Democrat party of today.
