I would draw the conclusion that you do not know what was done - since you were not there and Paterno couldn't testify, being dead. You simply filled in the blank to suit yourself. Now you want to hang a guy based on your imagination. Your call amigo.
There's different types of evidence, amigo. What we have with the victim's testimony is circumstantial evidence, which is what got Sandusky convicted, amigo. JoePa didn't get convicted because he was dead. Had he lived, he most likely would have been convicted as Accessory after the Fact.
You can choose to put your blinders on and ignore the tons of circumstantial evidence which was put forth in court and would have convicted JoePa, which willful ignorance is evidently what you choose to do, amigo.
These same people probably believe that Hillary never knew of Bill's sexual abuse of other women. She said she didn't know just like Patero said he didn't know. Paaterno did nothing to stop the abuse he absolutely knew was going in in his facility. He is a scumbag of immense proportions. Only the most indifferent and depraved defend monsters such as this.
They're called Penn State fanatics. That they decide, to this day, to hold JoePa above the lives of shattered children is absolutely reprehensible.

Sorry, but I won't argue for or against Paterno. I will insist on actual facts and not circumstantial evidence before I hang a man who did so much good for so many. You've made a different choice. I'm sure glad you weren't on a jury in a case I was involved with.
BTW, I met Paterno once and didn't particularly like him. I also didn't think he was a great coach.
