Remember, it was the darling of "special" prosecutors, Patrick Fitzgerald, who cleared Obama in this scandal and laid it all on Blagojevich. That was the same Fitzgerald who pinned the Plame scandal on Scooter Libby instead of Richard Armitage, because Libby was closer to Bush/Cheney.
