did I read a while back the 90% of money to some charitable organization (beside xlintonista foundation) was only paying out about 10% of donations?

was it red cross? or heart foundation?

or is xlinton foundation the only one holding that kinda money?

The reason may be that they are afraid that someone will provide tainted food. That is just a guess, so don’t shoot me, LOL. Would they then be liable? Probably so. It has gotten to the point that those seeking help and sometimes those offering help have nefarious plans. It is a shame for sure, but the growing reality.
