That is not reality. The reality is a federal judge can be shopped for that will overturn State legislation. Virginia simply hasn’t had that challenge yet...yet.

In fact, my suggestion might be a bad idea. If all states line up with uniform legislation, it would be easy for Chief Just-Us Roberts to backstab us all at once.
