As to the vote side: see if there is a way to demand a paper trail through the court system of the states. If the integrity check of the machines fails, ask for an order for paper ballots. Machine-only precincts have paper ballots in case of a power outage or hard drive crash.
Actually, if Trump loses the election, they won’t care what stats he finds. Obama will recheck the loyalty of all in his administration and smooth the path for Hillary.
