My elementary school had Venetian Blinds on the Windows, remember those? Almost ever blind cord had a noose tied at the end of it. I don’t remember any complaints. That is how I learned to tie a noose, it was a cowboy western movie thing to us, not a black thing.
For Halloween, as children we would hang ourselves from the tree in front of the porch. Kids would believe it is a stuffed dummy until it moved around.
Today there is probably noose control, with a Govt permit, to hide past crimes that Democrats hung blacks.
Gun control also to hide that Democrats would ban blacks with guns.
Democrats are so sick. For their denial of their ugly past, people suffer today. Deny, deny, deny.
I got into bit of trouble with the cords once.

I demonstrated it on a fellow student.
He was certain he could escape.
He could not!
The bell rang and all but one of us ran for the next class.
Me too! It’s funny! We used to “hang” crickets.
Same here. And I remember that boys would do that with the cords on the blinds.
