The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at the Port of San Francisco destroyed numerous illegal containers imported into the U.S from China. These containers contained rat meat! The strange thing about this is the plan this rat meat to be sold as chicken meat. The idea was the nasty meat to be shipped to different points in several states, and to be sold as chicken.

The FDA states that there is a possibility of another 300,000 lbs. of this meat being offered in groceries and restaurants across the U.S. The FDA inspector, Ronal Jones, claims that if cooked completely, this meat is not dangerous.

We have these wing places around here, I’ve never understood the attraction. I like chicken wings as much as anybody, but wouldn’t go in to one of the wing restaurants on a bet. They never have any customers. I figure they’re money laundering places or some other front.

The Chinese company which shipped the rat meat is likely judgement-proof: it will be dissolved and the owners (who are likely connected to the Party) will create a new company.

The only real solution is to hold China itself responsible for what they ship. Any fines or judgements assessed would be applied as a surtax on all Chinese imports, then let the Chinese government go after their crooked exporters to recover the money.
