Let me get this straight...Killing a little child in an alley by a rival gang member is okay, killing a little girl that is sleeping in her bed is okay, stray bullets that kill hundreds of innocent people every year is okay, but the police that kill someone ACTUALLY committing a crime and tried to run a policeman over in a stolen vehicle is a cause to rally around? Gang members really are morons. If gang members do try to carry this out it will not end in a good way.

The solution is to de-escalate the police and have them abandon the “No Hesitation” training (and its variants) that got them to this place.

The police are so aggressive and dangerous in Illinois that the Legislature and Governor passed a law requiring that student drivers learn how to behave during a traffic stop so they don’t get killed by terrified police officers who are in a near-constant state of fearing for their lives.

Geeez - I saw some piece the other week about the Black Guerrilla Family gearing up to hunt and kill cops - WTF - is the Weather Underground, SDS, the Baader-Meinhoff gang and all that making a comeback too - along with all the bearded and hairy hipster dudes running around these days makes me think I've time-warped back to 1972 or something. Guess all the old radicals that are at the levers of power now are trying to bring back their old glory days by raising a new militant revolt.
