President Woodrow Wilson suffered a stroke in October, 1919 while in office.
His wife Edith began to screen all matters of state and decided which were important enough to bring to the bedridden president.
In doing so, she de facto ran the executive branch of the government for the remainder of his term until March, 1921.

You don't have to be a medical expert to see that HRC is too handicapped by her neurological and psychiatric problems alone to perform in the office of POTUS competently.
Thus, the Democratic Party is thumbing its collective nose at the American electorate by anointing this physically and mentally incapable individual as its nominee for the highest office in the land.
