He simultaneously wants to raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour AND tax everyone to raise $100 million-- every year in perpetuity-- to house “homeless” people. A real retromingent jackass. That’s not really as far from a joke as you think. You would faint if you heard what NYC paid to put up a family or a homeless person. As much as 300 a night sometimes.

Build a facility with six cots to a room OR an auditorium of an abandoned school.

Feed them. And a bed. Hell, have a nurse on hand. I’m not heartless.
