GARY, INDIANA A woman who went to buy charcoal was discriminated against and kicked out of a Family Dollar store for wearing a niqab and hijab, according to a report from ABC 7.
Sarah Safi, 32, went to the store to buy some charcoal for a family barbecue, ABC 7 reports.
I might have made it 10 steps into the store and I hear the lady behind the counter say, Maam, you need to take that off your face or you need to leave my store, Safi said.
She then began to record the exchange with the clerk on her cellphone. Safi told the clerk she wears the niqab and hijab for religious purposes. The clerk, who identified herself as the manager, still insisted that Safi leave.
I understand, but you have to understand too this is a high crime area and we get robbed a lot. You need to remove that from your face or remove yourself from the store, the clerk says in the video.
With her children waiting in the car, the clerk told Safi if she didnt leave the premises she would call the police.
On her way out, the employee was kind enough to say, have a blessed day.
How about writing in English, reporter? "Woman wearing Islamic face veil..."
How about the oposite of a nutjib and that is going in naked?
Very quick with the recording there...it’s almost as if...it was planned that way!

More specifically, the Supreme Court clarified in United States v. Cruikshank that the states required only the feds and the states, not individual citizens, to respect the personal rights which the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect.

Come now. We all KNOW nothing older than ~1910, let alone the Constitution itself, is ever used as a basis for Judicial rulings....it’s all precedent\’case law’.
Next you’ll be telling us the Voting Rights Act is void on 9th/10th A. grounds and biz, such as this, are have the power, nay RIGHT, to prohibit anyone access of ‘public accommodations’!

Other than Thieves, Rioters, Protestors and Muslims, who would ever cover up their faces?

S.W.A.T.\militarized police? I may have repeated myself from your original post, so excuse me if so.
*If* that was beer [how can anyone tell] I thought alcohol was forbidden by their religion.
