In an astonishing act of hubris, abrogation of local control over education, and obsequiousness to Barack Obama, Obama-handmaiden Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan has filed a “friend of the court” brief” (i.e., an amicus curiae brief) begging for Illinois to be subject to Obama’s illegal command that public schools allow boys in girls’ restrooms and locker rooms and vice versa.
Following the “guidance” from Obama’s Department of Education via the Office for Civil Rights to integrate sexually all restrooms and locker rooms in government schools, eleven states led by Texas filed a lawsuit in late May requesting that an injunction be issued to stop the implementation of Obama’s “guidance.” This lawsuit includes a 1975 quote from current U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who said that “‘[s]eparate places to disrobe, sleep, perform personal bodily functions are permitted, in some situations required, by regard for individual privacy.’”
Then leftist attorneys general stepped in on behalf of not only their own states but all 50 states to insist on having the federal government rob citizens in every state of their right to decide if they want their local schools to have coed, sex-integrated restrooms and showers for children and teens.

In 1966 if I could have showered with the Pep Squad and Cheerleaders I sure as hell would have said I was a girl. That would have been much more fun than the showers I was in after football practice.
The rest of the football team would have been right there with me signing up as girls!

The General Assembly already adopted SR1752, a non-binding Senate Resolution condemning the General Assemblies of North Carolina and Mississippi in regard to upholding the usage of men and women’s multi-use bathrooms according to biological sex.
Madigan, the Democrat core, (approximately 5 legislators who craft evil legislation), and LGBT insiders are probably crafting Illinois Transgender Bathroom Laws right now.

If these boys want to see inside the girl’s locker room, Attorney General Lisa Madigan should allow voyeur cameras, so everyone can enjoy a look. Put it up on the county’s web site. Make adult ratings a thing of the past. Attorney General Lisa Madigan can also put up her own home voyeur cameras in all rooms of the house. The perverts need some entertainment.

In your skimming of the brief could you determine if she was recommending that all boys and girls be allowed to use the other bathroom or shower, or only those identifying as transgender. In which case it might be one child in a whole school who would also be pre-identified and granted permission.
Gee ..?? This should explain why Illinois is falling apart; while Indiana (VP Pence) is the Governor.
I wonder if she’s ever kissed a girl and liked it? Probably so. She’s just another one of the LGBTs embedded in our government who want to take gay marriage a step further into the pedophilia range.
It does if you consider that the legislators are gay and have filed their own legislation to ensure they will have ample opportunities to assist young children learn more about the homosexual lifestyle up close and personal. They're just trying to educate the "children"..../s
I live near Chicago. I don’t know whether AG Madigan kissed a lady, but her sister, Deb Mell, is a gay state rep.
