HAVERHILL A display of Donald Trump campaign signs at a Kenoza Avenue home so angered a woman walking in Winnekenni Park that she marched right over and began pulling the signs from the ground.
The homeowner, Richard Early III, was inside Saturday when his dogs barked. He looked out to see a woman pulling Trump signs out of his front lawn.
"She was carrying six signs under her arm," he said.
The woman, Roxette Caba, 26, of 45 Brook St., told The Eagle-Tribune that she removed some of the Trump signs from Early's front lawn out of a sheer emotional reaction.
"To be honest, I have no preference in a candidate," Caba said. "I was not fueled politically, but instead emotionally... the way Trump talks about women and people of color. I'm Dominican, and Trump denigrates people of color as lazy. I'm working on my master's degree and to say the things he says is just ugly."
Early said he confronted Caba and warned her to leave the signs alone and to leave his property or else he would call the police.
"She continued to remove my signs so I had to call police," Early said. "I didn't want her arrested, but she would not leave my property."

pingy thingy.
It gets even better. According to the article she works in a mental health clinic counseling children. Is it any wonder we are such a mess?
Thanks,

I’d have turned the hose on her or broken out the large container of bear spray.
Here in MA, if Early had used a firearm on this idiot while she was in his yard and not in his house, he'd be spending time in jail. Serious time.
Anyone having problems with sneaky, malicious, nocturnal `rats stealing yard signs, I’m not a big fan of Dicks sporting goods, but you can get this there for under $50:
`Primos Easy Cam Trail Camera - 5MP
NOW: $44.99’
Water down the ground around the sign just before dark and you might get footprints as well to give the police.
Nobody should shoot anyone for stealing political signs and they should be prosecuted if they do. My suggestion is what to tell her. She doesn't appear to be the sharpest bulb on every floor.
Concerning the Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground Laws, however....
Depends on the state. But, no, not necessarily. In some states, if someone is stealing your car and you intervene to stop them, to no avail, you can defend your property. If someone stops you and demands your wallet? Yep. Stand your ground. You catch someone in your garage or shed and confront them and they act aggressively toward you? That counts too.
That said, it is not all black and white. The circumstances of the aggression MATTER A LOT, as it should in a logical world. If a 6 year old girl is trying to steal your car in broad daylight and you end up in a cat fight with her....? What is stealing? Etc. Look at the Trevon case. The law unfolded and worked as it should have despite the race baiting Obama influence.
Read what I said. I did not advocate shooting anyone. Just explain “laws” and “rights” to here. She seems a bit confused about how laws and rights apply to her and others. And by the way, she doesn’t seem to very intelligent.
She has the right to be offended. And he has the right to offend her. She cannot steal from him.
Entertaining article, thanks for posting it.
That site motivated me to add a script blocking add-in to my browser. It runs bad scripts from akamaihd.net, reported as malware in a google search.
Not blaming you.
Ping
I was only clarifying that MA isn't one of them. Texas is.
We have Castle Doctrine here but unless someone is inside your castle intending harm to you or your loved ones...shooting in self defense is a very, very hard case to make....in MA.
Put it over her mouth.
Oil of poison ivy. fence hot wire or good ole 110.
[I’m working on my master’s degree ]
Oh, so she’s just stupid then.
Oil of poison ivy. fence hot wire or good ole 110.
Good- they work great!
I wonder if she carries a pocket Constitution with her?
One of the older doctors I work with figured he’d start taunting me at work about the election and I finally had to tell him to lay off.
We used to be able to tease each other about this in the past but this time he’s gotten too obnoxious.
Where is this?.....Damn near everywhere.
In Texas, your or someone else's property can be in danger and deadly force is allowed to prevent a criminal from absconding or in this case destroying it, If there is no other means of stopping the perp.
Thus, an old man can kill a youngster, but a youngster cannot legally shoot an old man in a wheelchair, or something.
