Buffett helped Obama, too..... "complaining" that his secretary paid a higher tax rate than he did. He mysteriously shut up when people pointed out how much his secretary would have to make in order for that to be true.
I always wondered why he did that. When Obama shut down the Keystone pipeline, I had my answer. Buffet/Berkshire owns BNSF: the railroad that ships oil from the Bakken shale to refineries around the country. With a pipeline directly to Texas refineries, he would lose a lot of business.
Buffett's Netjet subsidiary also owed about a half-billion in taxes at the time. He finally prevailed: a US district court judge said the IRS had to honor the guidance they provided back in 1992:

So, yes -- he wouldn't be doing this for Hillary without getting something in return.
Buffett owns the BNSF railroad which has made huge money getting North Dakota Bakken oil to refineries on the coasts.
Obama and cankles (via the State Dept.) have for years conveniently stepped on the XL pipeline that would offer competition to BNSF.
And that's just one example of the cronyism going on among the aforementioned vermin. There are probably many more.
Buffett companies displace IT workers with foreign workers. I suspect he wants that to continue.
