If he thought he was really 62 in his own mind does he get the Senior discount? If I believe myself to be 70 can I retire now with greater Social Security benefits?

Very interesting. Under the logic of Federal government non-discrimination rulings, it seems obvious that facilities will have to change their rules to offer the same prices irrespective of sex, gender, orientation, or species. Everyone pays $27.50, including dogs.

It will probably take longer than this guy has to work through the courts, but I applaud his efforts to reveal the absurdity at work. I think.

p.s., Why does anyone pay to attend a “pool party”? Are there unlimited free drinks?

Just had a thought. If one is convicted and facing prison could one claim to be a woman and demand to be sent to a prison for women?

So private businesses are now told how run their business. Sounds like the ‘owner’ of the quit-rent is exercising it’s self anointed authority and treating this as a minor case of Lèse-majesté.

I think that the courts should more frequently invoke the “public nuisance sanction”, both on such litigants and those lawyers who engage in “barratry” (The practice of exciting and encouraging lawsuits and quarrels.)

This basically says, “You promote frivolous lawsuits, either for profit, nuisance value, harassment, or in an effort to operate outside of legislative oversight. Therefore your future access to the courts is restricted.”

I agree with this guy. Gender discounts are discriminatory and should be stopped. Same with local-only discounts.
