He has hired a lawyer and I hope he sues the dogsh*t out of the test manufacturer or if the cop was simply lying and sugar does not test as meth the cop and everyone in her chain of command... his life is ruined ,, arrested , jailed and so on ... every job application will be automatically rejected... he will have trouble with visas and traveling... the embarrassment ... sue them sue them sue them...
Perhaps with some effort, the government records could be expunged. It is (for reasons like this) also illegal to ask about arrests on job applications; only convictions.
