Dick Morris on how Trump can Clobber the Clintons
Florida Delegation Breakfast ^ | 7/21/2016 | Dick Morris

Posted on 07/28/2016 8:05:27 AM PDT by GilGil

Dick Morris arguably knows the Clintons much better than most, having served them for years. In this informal talk before a small group, he gives an inside story on the history of Hillary and how Donald Trump can use it to clobber her in the 2016 election.

I still wonder if she is going to show up to debate. A recent LATimes poll had Trump at 47 and Hillary at 40. If you assume the hidden 6% Trump is more like at 53.

Her handlers see this and know if she goes into a debate she will get pulverized.

I would not be surprised if she did not debate.

Morris may be an imperfect man but he is most certainly NOT “wrong on everything”

If he's not, then it must the be "stopped clock syndrome". It does get tiring when all the toe-sucker jokes start at the mention of Morris' name. However, as a prognosticator, Morris is pretty worthless. This is the guy who wrote "Condi vs. Hillary" as the next great race for POTUS in 2008 and confidently predicted a Romney win in 2012. He is okay to have a round to describe how the Clintons work, because he was there; but as a predictor, he is no better than the late Miss Cleo.

Trump has what he needs to clobber the Clintons. He’s just getting started. He doesn’t need the likes of Dick Morris and he DOESN’T need to become an “insider” in order to do it. Morris would steer Trump wrong but Trump is smart enough to not listen to these “experts” and the “pundits” who have been wrong all along. Trump has the business experience, instincts, guts, and smarts to win big. I question whether Hillary will even make it to the general election.

I think there’s a good chance we’ll see the DNC put Obama up there for an attempted third term. Don’t bother mentioning the Constitution to them because they are treasonous traitors who want nothing to do with the Constitution. Their banner should read, “Constitution? What Constitution? I don’ gotta shown you no stinkin’ Constitution!”

In the meantime, an Obama-Trump showdown would be worth the price of admission for those of us who have been waiting eight years for someone with half a brain and the guts to win to put this Hussein in his place. Not that hard really, just that the GOP are basically wimps.

Feels like Trump’s already hammered Hillary and she is dazed and confused. If she goes, how I’d love to see a Trump vs. Obama Fight. How I’d love seeing Trump knock out this arrogant, condescending treasonous Enemy in Chief.

Not necessarily. The debate “moderators” are most likely to ask Hillary! questions for which she is memorizing the answers.

Trump is about to release a LOT of personal information on the Clintons

Sounds great but how do you know this?

“Without fail, just mentioning Dick Morris’ name on FR brings out the boo birds who IMMEDIATELY jump on the thread to knock him down.”

Agreed...they seem to be more fascinated by toe sucking than he is.

Without fail, just mentioning Dick Morris' name on FR brings out the boo birds who IMMEDIATELY jump on the thread to knock him down. Despite some of his failings, I always kinda liked the guy...

Many like to point out (correctly) that Morris majorly messed up in his prediction of the 2012 presidential election, (predicting a Romney landslide of Reagan 80' proportions) as proof that Morris is nothing more than snake oil selling hack. However, these folks fail to remember that Morris was virtually the only pundit that was predicting way back in the Summer of 2010 that Republican's would take back the house in November, (he was predicting a 65-70 seat gain when other pundits were saying 10-20 (the end result was 63).

I agree. The "toe" related mantra always surfaces here too by those who think they're being cute.

Regardless, Morris usually has some interesting observations even if you disagree with his conclusions.

If she debates, a big IF... I hope someone gives her a placebo in lieu of the medication that controls her seizures.

If I remember correctly he picked Romney to win in 2012.

Didn’t read the thread, but here’s my advice to Trump:

Listen to every word Dick Morris says.

Then do the complete opposite.

The guy hasn’t been right on anything since his last Clinton campaign.

I would not be surprised if she did not debate.

That would be a GIGANTIC public-relations disaster for Hillary Clinton if she declines the debates. We've had Presidential debates since the 1976 election and for Hillary to back down now would make her look weak and evasive in the eyes of the public--especially since it shows the charges from Hillary's America and Clinton Cash have a lot more validity in them than even the MSM admits.

please... Knee jerk responses to the mention of Morris’ name are getting tiring.

He has been around for a long time because he is NOT stupid.

As pabianice said, she’ll debate because she’ll be fed all of the questions ahead of time.

And then watch her start to “whiff” because you know Trump will drive her “off her game.”

Seriously!

Hillary has gotten away with crime, after, crime, after crime in full view of the public.

By the time the first debate rolls around she may be so far down in the polls she cannot afford to debate. To date everything she has done has been scripted and nothing left to chance.

Going into a debate with Trump will be like a show down in the wild, wild west.

I would not be surprised if they conjured up some excuse. They are so arrogant that they may assume they are entitled to skip the debate.

Morris was 100% correct about what he said in this video. Had you listened you might have learned something.

Morris never said that Trump needs to become an insider! Where did you get that? Did you even listen?

Morris said that Trump needs to point out that Hillary is the insider.

In 2012 10 million voters staid home which is why Romney lost

There were approximately 100,000,000 (one hundred million, not ten) people of voting age that did not participate in 2012.

This pool is what D Trump has tapped.
