The date is 1900. Professor John Dewey and his cadre of "Progressives" launch an ambitious scheme to transform the country. They want a more collectivist society. For convenience, let's call their goal European Socialism.

However, the United States is hostile to Socialism and Communism for another hundred years. Beatrice Webb, founder of the Fabian Society in London, decrees that the word "Socialism" shouldn't be used in America. The recommended euphemism is "Progressivism" and, later on, Liberalism.

Socialism, as that term is generally understood, is what Dewey plans for us, but he can't say it. He and his gang must dissemble at every turn. They have to lie and, little by little, work outside the law.

Fabian Socialists willingly accept a subversive role. They operate as saboteurs, like termites eating the foundations of a house. These secret Socialists become "agents of influence" and "change agents" – all synonyms for the same sneaks. They will change your world whether you like it or not.

Note that these people are now conspirators working in secret. They can't help being dishonest. In education, they are changing your children in ways they have not explained and you have not approved. They promise to "educate" your kid, but what they mean is that they will indoctrinate your kid.

The official theories and methods are going to make your children dumb, so eliminate those methods as much as possible.

I would change the word dumb in this sentence to ignorant. However, I agree with every other word in this very valuable article.

I think, if you look it up, that the founder of the Progressive Insurance Company chose that name because that is exactly the causes which He supports (supported). To buy that insurance may be another way of shooting oneself in the foot, if my previous readings were right. Have to look it up again. For that perspective, check out this link:

You are right. I have Progressive on 2 cars only because it is cheaper than the other cos. I found. I told my agent he was working for a socialist and he was not happy to learn that fact.

Really? In 1941 we saved communism; WTH is the author talking about? Even through Korea and Vietnam, we never fought a war against the Soviet Union...

To get an idea how effective they are, consider that Trump is leading 62-23 among whites that didn’t attend college and is only tied, 40-40 among whites that got brainwashed at college.

Pretty damn scary. One would hope that college-educated people would be better able to see the big picture, but I guess the brainwashing is simply too effective.
