Corey Menafee says he destroyed the window inside Calhoun College in New Haven, Connecticut, last month because he found it offensive. The name of the residential college has sparked protests because it honors former Vice President John C. Calhoun, an 1804 Yale graduate and an ardent defender of slavery. Menafee apologized for breaking the window. Yale said it was willing to let him return to work next week.

Well now it’s time to go on rampages at all of the older colleges which can be tied in any way to revenues from slavery —— smash all the windows in their 18th and 19th century buildings, wreak havoc, etc.

Who knows what a replacement AA hire would be up to?
There is a wonderful irony here in the realm of economics.
A free market economics classic was Henry Hazlitt’s Economics in One Lesson. In it he writes about the “Broken Window Fallacy” which is that breaking windows creates jobs.
Since Yale teaches leftist economics (based in part on the Broken Window Fallacy) it is so perfect that this guy breaks a window and gets his job back.
Just think of how many jobs would be created if the guy had destroyed the entire campus! ;-)
The only way he should have been rehired is if agreed to pay back the cost of a replacement window...
