At the very least get her a respirator with an NBC filter, a pair of tight fitting goggles, and a pair of gloves - like Mechanix brand. Carry a pair of cross training shoes, flashlight, and a couple bottles of water. A 1911 with six spare mags would be nice.
Ah, there’s too much traffic in the city and those all sound expensive. She’s on her own :)
