Yes but the Concord was a victim of bad marketing, improper maintenance, high fuel costs and the government of France ( who could screw up anything without trying.). No point in being a Ludite on that account.

I’ve also seen them (or similar) at airport news and gadget stores. They do work.
Liquid hydrogen fuel serves as the inter-cooler refrigerant to chill oxygen, prior to entry into a turbo-compressor, which feeds the propellants into the hybrid rocket engines.
Gets you anywhere in four hours after a boarding time of several hours and several more after you land ... being optimistic ...
